"L'Homme des Casernes" is a swiss documentary directed by Jacqueline Veuve (1994) about military schools in Switzerland and the particular status of the army in this neutral country. As a comment, Philippe Cuendet, Laurence Jaccotet & Lauris Paulus have crafted a paradoxical composition, mixing traditional swiss embroidery with an hypothetic nuclear shelter made with a couch turned upside down.
